 Crating & Return Policy

Museum Quality Crating

 
 A solid wood crate, complete with carrying handles, is custom built to ship your purchase




Your purchase is wrapped in protective bubble wrap. then surrounded with  styrofoam  perimeter protection

 



Finally the top is screwed in place for each removal, and "Fragile Glass" protective warning stickers are attached to all six side of the crate.

 

In order to assure that your purchase arrives safely,  we build a museum quality custom crate for each shipment.
 
As you can see from the photos to your right,
we take extraordinary effort to protect your order from any potential shipping damage.  In addition, your order is insured for the full purchase value, should there occur any problem while in transit.

Our return policy is similarly designed to protect your rights as a consumer.  If for any reason you desire to return your purchase *, you may do so for a full refund (minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges) within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.  Simply contact us by email or by calling us at 888-395-8867 to inform us of your intent to return.
